When you place an order we collect:
- Name, phone, WhatsApp number, and email
- Delivery address, city, province, and postal code (if provided)
- Order items, sizes, colours, notes, and the amount payable
If you use the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to us on WhatsApp.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack, and deliver your order
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone, or email about the order
- To send an order confirmation email
- To handle exchanges, returns, and support
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share details only as needed to run the shop:
- Courier partners — name, phone, and address so they can deliver
- WhatsApp — when you or we message about an order
- Our email provider — to send your order confirmation
We do not take card payments on this site. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier when the parcel arrives.
